Returns/Replacement request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request by the Company. Returns and Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

2. You are required to send Photographs of the product with the Order ID.
3. Control Team of Amethyst by Rahul Popli (“The Company”) will decide whether the product is approved for return.
4. If return accepted, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the product and return it to the Company. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt. Please inspect your order(s) after receiving it and if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately with the Photographs of the Product(s), Note: Products sold beyond the period of 6 (Six) Months will be repaired on chargeable basis and the actual cost of repair will be charged from the customer. The cost of repair will vary from piece to piece depending upon the nature of repair required. Estimate of repair can be provided once the piece is physically examined by the Company.

1. If the Product you receive is broken/damaged in transit
2. Genuine quality issue
3. A part of the Product is missing in lieu to the transit of it.

1. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
3. If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
4. Minor colour and Design variation.
5. Products returned in a used or damaged conditions.
6. Package refused by the recipient.

Subject to the aforementioned points, refund will be initiated to as per your original payment method. Refund amount shall be credited to the customer within 10-12 working days of acceptance of receipt of product by the Company. We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating refund.
