You can exchange your product within 10 day of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the size, color, or design, you can request an exchange for another item of equal value. The product must be in *unused condition* with original packaging and tags intact.  

Returns are only accepted if the product is *broken* or if a *stone is missing* upon arrival. In such cases, please notify us immediately with clear images of the damaged product. Once verified, we will process your return and provide a *replacement* or *refund* as per our policy.  

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with your *order details* and *reason for return*. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure a quick resolution.  

We do not accept returns for minor color variations, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by improper handling.
